1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Councilmembers present, the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council
was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 8:15 p.m.on Tuesday,January 29,2019,at Stampede 66 located
in the Delta Hotels by Marriott,777 Waters Creek Boulevard,Allen,Texas.
2. Discussion with Executive Search Firm Regarding the Search for a New City Manager.
3. Adjourn.
Mayor Terrell adjourned the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
January 29,2019.
