Powyszynski, Applicant CITY STAFF PRESENT: Madhuri Mohan, AICP, Senior Planner Hayley Angel, AICP Candidate, Planner Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present: With a quorum of the Committee members present, Chairman Kurbansade called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway. ACTION ITEMS: Agenda Item #1: Approve Minutes from Called Meeting held on November 13, 2015. Motion: Upon a motion by Dwight Burns and a second by Shelli Siemer, the Committee voted 5 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes from the November 13, 2015 meeting. The motion carried. Action Item #2: Consider a request for modifications to the exterior elevations for the property at 201 E. McDermott, Allen, Texas. Ms. Mohan, Senior Planner, presented to the Committee. She noted that staff is in support of the agenda item. Mr. Burns asked about the basis of staff recommendation. Ms. Mohan stated that the modified exterior elevations will unify the site and will allow the building to be ADA compliant. 1 Motion: Upon a motion by Dwight Burns and a second by Chris Flanigan, the Committee voted 5 IN FAVOR, 0 OPPOSED, to approve the request for modifications to the exterior elevations for the property at 201 E.
