1. Welcome and Introductions.
2. Discussion Regarding the Molsen Farm Project with Representatives from the following groups:
• Allen City Council
• Parks and Recreation Board
• Community Development Corporation
• Allen Parks Foundation Board
• Allen Heritage Guild
• Allen Independent School District
• Connemara Conservatory Board of Directors
• Allen Master Gardeners
• Keep Allen Beautiful Board
Attendees were broken into four small groups to review the site map and provide input on the
potential future development of Molsen Farm.
3. Adjournment
Mayor Fulk adjourned the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council at 8:07 p.m. on
Wednesday,November 30,2021. The motion carried.
