With a quorum of the Commissioners present, the Allen Planning & Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Caplinger, at the Allen City Hall Council Chambers,
305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
Director's Report on Council Action:
Ms. Marina Sukup, Director of Planning & Development, updated the Commission on the Council action
from their April 18, 2002 meeting.
Y Allen Business Centre, Tr. Al and A2R— Zoning from PD3 to LR -Local Retail
'r County approval of City having exclusive jurisdiction in ETJ.
CONSENT AGENDA
I. Approve Minutes of April 11, 2002 Regular Meeting
2. Final Plat — Consider a Final Plat for Lost Creek Addition Phase 4, being 48 385± acres of land, situated
in the J. Roberts Survey, Abstract No. 777, City of Allen, Collin County, Texas; located north of
Exchange Parkway and west of Angel Parkway.
Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Sedlacek, and a second by Commissioner Blake,
the Commission voted 7 I FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the Consent
'� Agenda. The motion carried.
