Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board members present,the Regular Meeting of the Keep Allen Beautiful Board
was called to order by Chair Smith at 6:32 PM on Tuesday,August 18, 2020, via video conference.
1. Approve Minutes of the March 17, 2020, Regular Meeting.
MOTION: Nothing to report.
2. Receive Financial Report.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Chisholm and a second by Board Member
Ponder, the Board voted seven (7) for and zero (0) opposed to approve the Financial
Report. The motion carried.
3. Receive Update on KAB Event and Projects.
• Allen Recycles Day—November 07, 2020—Update. Josue Diaz discussed the changes
made to the event.
4. Discuss Outreach Initiatives. Josue Diaz and Andrea Smith discussed KAB outreach
initiatives.
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Ponder and a second by Board Member
Bernard, the Board voted six (7) for and zero (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular
Meeting of the Keep Allen Beautiful Board at 7:08 p.m. on Tuesday,August 18, 2020.
The motion carried.
