Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Committee Members present,the regular meeting of the Public Art Committee was
called to order by Chair Bennett at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday,January 18,2022,in the Party Room of the Don
Rodenbaugh Natatorium, 110 E.Rivercrest Drive,Allen,Texas 75002.
Action Items
1. Approve Minutes from the January 18,2022,Regular Meeting •
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Committee Member Galletti and seconded by Chair
Wittsche,the Committee voted six(6)for and none(0)opposed to accept
minutes from the January 18,2022,Regular Meeting as presented.
2. Review Artist Call for Stephen G.Terrell Trail Enhancement Project.
The Committee reviewed call and gave feedback on initial draft.Revisions will be incorporated
with new draft to be sent out for review prior to February meeting.

PUBLIC ART COMMUTE
REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 18,2022
The installation is complete,and the artist is currently working through programming.
The Committee toured the artwork in the lobby.Dedication to follow,potentially in
Marc112022.
The dedication for Perpetual Flux will be held at Credit Union of Texas on February 21, •
2022,at 12 p.m.
