Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board present, Chair Johnson called the
meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021, in the Community Room of
the Allen Municipal Court and Parks and Recreation Building, 301 Century Parkway,
Allen, Texas.
1) Approve Minutes of the October 112021,Regular Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Member Simpson and a second by Member , the Parks
and Recreation Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to approve
the minutes from the October 11 2021, Regular Meeting as presented. The
motion carried.
2) Receive Public Input on Molsen Farm Master Plan Project
Consultants from Parkhill in conjunction with City staff reviewed the project history
and potential amenities being considered for the location and then took feedback from
attendees.

Kate Meacham gave a brief overview on the status of the Parks and Recreation Open
Space Master Plan and the timeline and plan for sharing it with the community.

5) Adjourn
Motion: Upon a motion by Member Simpson and a second by Member Holley, the
Parks and Recreation Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to
adjourn the meeting at 7:32 p.m. The motion carried.
