Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board present, Chair Johnson called the
meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, in the Multipurpose Room of
the Allen Senior Recreation Center Building, 451 St. Mary Drive, Allen, Texas.
1) Review Parks and Recreation Open Space Master Plan Update
Kate Meacham gave an overview on the Parks and Recreation Open Space Master
Plan updates and the timeline. She took questions from attendees.
2) Adjourn
Motion: Upon a motion by Member Brewer and a second by Member
Hollingsworth, the Parks and Recreation Board voted six (6) for and none
(0) opposed to adjourn the meeting at 7:29 p.m. The motion carried.
These minutes approved on the 28th day of February 28, 2022.
