Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present:
With a quorum of the Commissioners present, Commissioner Grimes, Acting Chair, called the
meeting to order at 8:03 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at Allen City Hall, 305 Century
Parkway
Regular Agenda
Agenda Item 1: Replat/Public Hearing — Consider a Replat for Williams-Reitinger
Addition, being .561 It acres of land, being a Replat of Lot IR, a Replat of
Lots I & 2 of Williams-Reitinger Addition, located at the northeast comer
of McDermott Drive and Allen Drive.
Mr. Battle presented the plat to the Commission. He stated that in 1995, the property was
replatted into one lot that has been under the ownership of the Chamber of Commerce. The new
property line will divide the existing building along the firewall.
Commissioner Grimes asked if the parking met the requirements in the Code. Mr. Battle stated
that nothing was changing — the parking remains the same

Commissioner Grimes opened the Public Hearing. There was no one present to speak for or
against the request.
The Commissioners had no additional questions, and felt that the plat met all requirements
provided in the Allen Land Development Code
Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Jones and a second by Commissioner
Shaffer the Commission voted 4 IN FAVOR, and 0 OPPOSED, to approve
Agenda Item 1. The motion carried.
Adjournment
Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Cocking and a second by Commissioner
Shaffer, the Commission voted 4 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 8:06 a.m.
