1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
111 With a quorum of the Councilmembers present,the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council was called
to order by Mayor Terrell at 8:52 a.m.on Saturday,April 27,2019,in the Lab Meeting Room at the Delta Hotels
by Marriott Dallas, 777 Watters Creek Boulevard,Allen,Texas.
Mayor Terrell announced the Executive Session then recessed the open meeting at 8:53 a.m.
Executive Session
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Allen City Council convened into Executive Session at
8:53 a.m. on Saturday,April 27, 2019, in the Lab Meeting Room at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas, 777
Watters Creek Boulevard,Allen,Texas, in order to discuss matters pertaining to:
2. Personnel Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code—
Conduct Interviews with Candidates for City Manager.
The Executive Session adjourned at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday,April 27,2019.
3. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Resulting from Executive Session.
The Allen City Council reconvened into the open meeting at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday,
April 27,2019. No action was taken on items discussed during the Executive Session.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Clemencich and a second by Councilmember Brooks,
the Council voted seven(7)for and none(0)opposed to adjourn the Special Called Meeting of
the Allen City Council at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday,April 27,2019. The motion carried.
These minutes approved on the 14th day of May 2019.
