Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the panel members present,the meeting of the Public Art Committee Selection Panel
was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday,April 10, 2019, in the Meeting Room of the Allen Event
Center,200 E. Stacy Road#1350,Allen,Texas 75002.
Discussion Items
1. Provide Input to Three Artist Finalists for the Allen Event Center Rotunda Public Art
Project
The Public Art Committee and Artist Selection Panel took questions and provided input to the
three artist finalists for the Allen Event Center Rotunda Public Art Project. This followed a staff
led building tour given to the three artists allowing them to see the art space and ask technical
questions.
2. Adjourn
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
