With a quorum of the Members present,the Allen City Council Joint Workshop Meeting with the Planning and
Zoning Commission was called to order by Mayor Terrell, in conjunction with Chair Trahan, at 6:19 p.m. on
Thursday,May 23,2019,in the Basement Meeting Rooms A and B of the Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,
Allen,Texas.
