Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board Members present, Chairman Autrey called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway
Consent Aeenda
I. Approve minutes from the November 3, 2014, Board of Adjustment, Sign Control Board,
Building and Standards Commission Meeting,
Motion: Upon a Motion by 2"d Vice -Chair Barry and a second by Board Member Gillis,
the Board voted 4 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED, with 1 ABSTENTION from
Board Member Howard, to approve the Consent Agenda.
The Motion Carried.
Workshop
2. Board Training City Attorney explanation and review of ordinance, statutory, and case issues
relative to the duties and actions of the Board of Adjustment.
Mr. Kevin Laughlin, Attorney, explained the duties and actions of the Board of Adjustment
Adjournment
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Howard and a second by 2"d Vice -Chair Barry,
the Board voted 5 IN FAVOR, and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the meeting at 7:15
p.m.
