1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Councilmembers present, the Special Called Meeting of the Allen City Council
was called to order by Mayor Terrell at 6:44 p.m. on Wednesday,May 29, 2019,in the City Manager's
Conference Room at Allen City Hall located at 305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas.
Mayor Terrell announced the Executive Session and recessed the open meeting at 6:46 p.m.
Executive Session
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Allen City Council convened into Executive Session at
6:48 p.m. on Wednesday,May 29,2019, in the City Manager's Conference Room at Allen City Hall located at
305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas, in order to discuss matters pertaining to:
2. Personnel Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code—
Discussion Regarding City Manager Selection Process.
The Executive Session adjourned at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday,May 29,2019.
3. Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Resulting from Executive Session.
The Allen City Council reconvened into the open meeting at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday,
May 29, 2019. No action was taken on items discussed during the Executive Session.
4. Adjourn.
