1) Tour of CDC Proposed Projects
The CDC board toured the following project locations:
a) Heritage Park
b) Bethany Lakes Park
c) Ford Park East and West
d) Reed Park West Shade Structure
e) Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium
f) Allen Station Park Playground
g) Rolling Hills Park
2) Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President Chrisman
called the Meeting to order at 7:59 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2019, at The Courses at Watters Creek
Golf Course, 7201 Chase Oaks Boulevard, Plano,Texas 75025.
3) Approve Minutes of the April 15,2019,Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Baril and a second by Board Member Holcomb,the
Board voted six(6) for and none(0)opposed to approve the minutes from the April 15,2019,
meeting. The motion carried.

4) Presentation of the Community Development Corporation Annual Report to City Council
5) Discuss Board Evaluation Form to Provide Feedback to the Council Nominating Committee
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Baril and a second by Board Member Holcomb,the
Board voted six(6) for and none(0)opposed to the content in the form to be submitted to the Council
Nominating Committee.The motion carried.
6) Other Business

Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Baril and a second by Board Member Gonzales the
Board voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the meeting at 8:59 p.m. The
