CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Zoning Board of Adjustment was called to order by Vice -Chairman Clay
at 7:30 P.M. on November 7, 1989 at the Allen Municipal Annex, City Council
Chambers, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
October 4, 1988 (Agenda Item II)
Vice -Chairman Clay read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of October 4, 1988, Called Special Meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Roberge and a second by Board Member
Terrell, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes
of October 4, 1988, as presented. The motion carried.

Vice -Chairman Clay read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Election of Officers: Chairman, Vice -Chairman."
MOTION: Board Member Roberge made a motion to maintain the current officers,
John Karlsruher, Chairman and Galen Clay, Vice -Chairman. The motion
was seconded by Board Member Terrell and carried by a vote of 4 FOR
and 0 OPPOSED.
Adiourn:
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Lewis and a second by Board Member
Roberge, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the
November 7, 1989, meeting of the Allen Zoning Board of Adjustment at
7:35 p.m.
