The Called - Special Meeting of the Allen Board of Adjustment
was called to order by Chairman Karlsruher at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Allen Municipal Annex, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes of
July 10. 1984

Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of July 10, 1984, Called - Special Meeting."
Chairman Karlsruher pointed out two errors in the minutes. The
wording soft -cutting needs to be changed to saw -cutting. Also the
minutes need to show Mr. Jim Bell speaking for Fox and Jacobs at the
public hearing.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Alexander and seconded
by Board Member Kirkindoll, the Board voted 4 - 0 for the
changes noted to be accepted. The motion carried.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Alexander and seconded
by Board Member Kirkindoll, the Board voted 4 - 0 to approve
the minutes with the noted changes. The motion carried.

Adjournment:
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Kirkindoll and seconded
by Board Member Alexander, the Board voted 4 - 0 to
adjourn the Called - Special Meeting of the Allen Board
of Adjustment at 7:35 p.m. The motion carried.
