■`11 was called to order by Chairman Karlsruher at 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers of the Allen Municipal Annex, #1 Butler Circle,
Allen, Texas.
Approval of Minutes
July 10, 1984 (Agenda Item No. II)
Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record
as follows:
"Approve minutes of July 10, 1984, Called Special Meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and seconded by
Board Member Chrisman, the Board voted 4-0 to approve
the minutes of July 10, 1984. The motion carried.
Approval of Minutes
September 11, 1984 (Agenda Item III)
Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record
as follows:
iF "Approve minutes of August 14, 1984, Called Special Meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and seconded by
Board Member Kirkindoll, the Board voted 4-0 to approve
the minutes of August 14, 1984. The motion carried.

Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Election of Officers."
Chairman Karlsruher opened the floor for nominations for
Chairman of the Board of Ad3ustment.
Board Member Kirkindoll nominated John Karlsruher as Chairman
of the Allen Board of Adjustment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Alexander and seconded
by Board Member Kirkindoll, the Board voted 4-0 that
nominations cease and that John Karlsruher be elected
by acclamation as Chairman of the Allen Board of Adjustment.
The motion carried.
Chairman Karlsruher opened the floor for nominations for
Vice Chairman of the Board of Adjustment.
Board Member Alexander nominated George Chrisman as Vice
Chairman of the Allen Board of Adjustment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Alexander and seconded
by Board Member Kirkindoll, the Board voted 4-0 that
nominations cease and that George Chrisman be elected
by acclamation as Vice Chairman of the Allen Board of
Adjustment. The motion carried.
Adjournment:
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Chrisman and seconded
by Board Member Alexander, the Board voted 4-0 to
adjourn the meeting at 7:34 p.m. The motion carried.
