CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Karlsruher called the Regular Meeting of the Allen
Board of Adjustment to order at 7:30 p.m. on May 13, 1986,
in the City Council Chambers of the Allen Municipal Annex,
One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
February 11, 1986
(Agenda Item II)
Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of February 11, 1986, Regular Meeting."
It was noted that Board Member Cahill had arrived at the meeting
at 7:40 p.m. rather the 8:40 indicated in the minutes.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and a second
by Board Member Chrisman, Board voted 5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED
to approve the minutes of the February 11, 1986, meeting
of the Allen Board of Adjustment as corrected. The motion
carried.

MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Chrisman and a second by
Board Member Alexander, Board voted 5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED
to adjourn the May 13, 1986, meeting of the Allen Board
of Adjustment at 7:31 p.m. The motion carried.
