CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Board of Adjustment was called to order at 7:30
P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the Allen Municipal
Annex on July 8, 1986, by Chairman John Karlsruher.
Approve Minutes
May 13, 1986
(Agenda Item II)
Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Approve minutes of May 13, 1986, Regular Meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and a
second by Board Member Chrisman, Board voted
5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes
of May 13, 1986, as submitted. The motion
carried.
Public Hearing
1306 Woodland Court
(Agenda Item III)
Chairman Karlsruher read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Public Hearing - Consider a request for a side yard
variance at 1306 Woodland Court, Lot 14, Block H, in
the Timberbend First Addition."
■ Mr. Hilkemeier advised the Board that proper notification
iiia of adjoining property owners had not been made; therefore
this request cannot be heard. He further suggested the
possibility that the Board could call a special meeting to
hear this case.

1306 Woodland Court (Continued) (Agenda Item III)
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Chrisman and a second
by Board Member Alexander, Board voted 5 FOR and
0 OPPOSED to call a Special Meeting on July 22, 1986
at 7:30 p.m. to hear Agenda Item III, 1306 Woodland
Court. The motion carried.
Adjourn:
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Chrisman and a second
by Board Member Alexander, Board voted 5 FOR and
0 OPPOSED to adjourn the July 8, 1986, meeting of the
Allen Board of Adjustment.
