With a quorum of the Councilmembers present,the Workshop Meeting of the Allen City Council was called to
order by Mayor Terrell at 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, in the City Council Conference Room of the
Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas.
