CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
With a quorum of the Board present, the Sign Control Board was called to order at 3.30 p.m. by
Chairperson Jones at the City Council Chambers, One Allen Civic Plaza, Allen, Texas.
Consent Agenda
Approve minutes of March 10, 2003, Regular Meeting.
Consider renewal of Temporary Promotion Sign for Allen Commerce Center located west of US
75 and north of Stacy Road.
Consider renewal of Temporary Promotional Sign for Brookside Addition located at the rear of
1000 Annalea Drive and 1121 Hidden Creek Drive. facing Allen Heights Drive.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Moore and a second by Board Member
Halpin, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the consent
agenda. The motion carried.
