CALL TO ORDER•
The Allen Sign Control Board was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
by Vice -Chairman Biggs at the Allen Municipal Annex, City
Council Chambers, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas 75002.
Approve Minutes
February 10, 1987
(Agenda Item II)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record
as follows:
"Approve minutes of February 10, 1987, Regular
meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Karlsruher and a
second by Board Member Chrisman, the Board voted
4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes as
presented. The motion carried.

Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record
as follows:

MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Karlsruher and a second
by Board Member Cahill, the Board voted 4 FOR and
0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes of the February 10,
1987, joint meeting between the Allen Sign Control
Board and Allen Zoning Board of Adjustment as presented.
The motion carried.
Renewal, Class 4 Sign
Pulte Homes
(Agenda Item IV)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Consider renewal of Class 4 sign for Pulte Homes
located at 500 High Trail (third renewal)."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Chrisman and a
second by Board Member Cahill, the Board voted
4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the renewal for
Pulte Homes. The motion carried.
Renewal, Class 4 Sign
General Homes
(Agenda Item V)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Consider renewal of Class 4 sign for General
Homes located at F.M. 2170 and Violet Drive.
(second renewal).
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Karlsruher and a
second by Board Member Chrisman, the Board voted
4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the renewal for
General Homes. The motion carried.
Renewal, Class 4 Sign
Gemcraft Homes
(Agenda Item VI)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Consider renewal of Class 4 sign for Gemcraft
Homes located at Fairlawn and East Ridge (first
renewal)
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Chrisman and a second
by Board Member Karlsruher, the Board voted 4 FOR and
0 OPPOSED to approve the renewal for Gemcraft Homes.
The motion carried.

Mr. Mel Hilkemeier advised the Board Members that this would be
his last meeting to be in attendance as staff support. In the
future Mr. Joseph Del Ferro, Environmental Health Inspector,
will be staff support to this Board.

MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Karlsruher and a second
by Board Member Chrisman, the Board voted 4 FOR and
0 OPPOSED to adjourn the March 10, 1987, meeting of
the Allen Sign Control Board at 7:40 p.m.
