CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Sign Control Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
on September 8, 1987, at the Allen
Municipal Annex, City Coun-
cil Chambers, One Butler Circle,
Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
August 11, 1987
(Agenda Item II)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the
agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Approve minutes of August
11, 1987, Regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board
Member Curtis and a second by
Board Member Kleinschmidt,
the Board voted 4 FOR and 0
OPPOSED to approve the
minutes of August 11, 1987, as
presented. The motion
carried.
Renewal. Class 4 Sign
Pulte Homes
(Agenda Item III)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the
agenda item into the record as
followa:
"Consider 4th renewal of Class
4 sign for Pulte Homes
located at 600 High Trail. -

Renewal of Class 4 Sign
Pulte Homes (Cont.) (Agenda Item III)
Mr. Del Ferro advised the Board that the sign is in good con-
dition at this time.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Kleinschmidt and a sec-
ond by Board Member Dyer, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0
OPPOSED to grant the renewal for the Class 4 sign for
Pulte Homes. The motion carried.
Renewal - Class 4 Sign
General Homes (Agenda Item IV)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Consider 3rd renewal of Class 4 sign for General Homes
located at F.M. 2170 and Violet Drive. -
Mr. Del Ferro informed the Board that this sign is in good
condition at this time.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Dyer and a second by
Board Member Curtis, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0
OPPOSED to grant this renewal for General Homes. The
motion carried.
Renewal - Class 4 Sign
Gemcraft Homes (Agenda Item V)
Vice -Chairman Biggs read the agenda item into the record as
follows:
"Consider 2nd renewal of Class 4 sign for Gemcraft Homes
located at Fairlawn and East Ridge. -
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Curtis and a second by
Board Member Dyer, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED
to grant the renewal of the Class 4 sign for Gemcraft
Homes. The motion carried.
Other Business•
Mr. Del Ferro provided the Board with an update of Class 4
signs permitted by staff.
Adjourn•
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Kleinschmidt and a sec-
ond by Board Member Dyer, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0
OPPOSED to adjourn the September 8, 1987, meeting of
the Allen Sign Control Board at 7:40 p.m. The motion
carried.
