The Allen Sign Control Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman
Chrisman at the Allen Municipal Annex, City Council Chambers, One Butler Circle,
Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
October 11, 1988

Chairman Chrisman read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of October 11, 1988, Regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Crowe and a second by Board Member
Cox, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes
of October 11, 1988, as presented.

Consider Renewal
Marymark Homes - 800 Fall Drive (Agenda Item III)
Chairman Chrisman read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider third renewal of Class 4 sign for Marymark Homes located at 800
Fall Drive."
Staff reported that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Curtis and a second by Board Member
Crowe, the Board voted 5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the third
renewal of Class 4 sign for Marymark Homes located at 800 Fall Drive.
Consider Renewal
Nova Development - 400 West Bethany (Agenda Item IV)
Chairman Chrisman read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider fourth renewal of Class 4 sign for Nova Development located at 400
W. Bethany Road."
Staff reported that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Leverett and a second by Board
Member Curtis, the Board voted 5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
fourth renewal of Class 4 sign for Nova Development at 400 W.
Bethany Road.
Consider Renewal
Nova Development - Facing U.S. 75 (Agenda Item V)
Chairman Chrisman read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider fourth renewal of Class 4 sign for Nova Development located north
of Bethany Road facing U.S. 75."
Staff reported that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Leverett and a second by Board
Member Crowe, the Board voted 5 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
fourth renewal of Class 4 sign for Nova Development located north of
Bethany Road facing U.S. 75.
