1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Terrell,
President Masters and Chair Schwartz at 6:16 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015, in Training Room B
at the Allen Independent School District Service Center, 451 North Watters Road, Allen, Texas
75013.
2. Update on the Allen ISD Bond Election.
Dr Hmdt provided an update highlighting the projects proposed in the $272,580,000 bond
proposition on the ballot on November 3, 2015,
3. Update from the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
Chair Schwartz provided an update on recent activities of the Allen -Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
4. Update on Community Development Projects.
Mr Bass presented an update on current and future developments within the City of Allen

Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councdmember Herald and a second by Counedmember Brooks, the
Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the TRIAD Meeting at 7,40 p.m.
on Monday, October 5, 2015. The motion canted.
