Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the committee members present, the regular meeting of the Public Art
1 Committee was called to order by Chair Carroll at S:OOpm on Thursday, February 12, 2015 in the
Council Conference Room of Allen City Hall at 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
Action Items
1. Candidate Interview to be conducted by the Artist Selection Panel at 5:15 p.m.
Artist Selection Panel conducted interview with Candidate 1 via Skype.
2. Candidate Interview to be conducted by the Artist Selection Panel at 6:15 p.m.
Artist Selection Panel conducted interview with Candidate 2 via Skype.
3. Candidate Interview to be conducted by the Artist Selection Panel at 7:15 p.m.
