Vice -Chair, David Baldwin, called the meeting to order at 6 pm.

MOTION: Jane Bennett moved to accept the Minutes from July 17, 2007 as
presented. Denise Gilbert seconded and the Motion carried 4 for 0
against.

3. Art Project Tour
Members were provided with a map, along with a matrix sheet for scoring various sites to
be visited as possible locations for public art. Upon completion of the tour, the meeting
was adjourned.
