Project Brainstorming- Brainstorming discussion of City Hall project and/or possible alterative project locations Chair Bennett informed the group of her conversation with Lori Smeby about the possibility of breaking up future project funding by separating the design from the fabrication and installation. This would potentially allow project commencement on design only, with fabrication and installation to come later when funds are allocated. This process will require some research and input from the committee as to how much the committee will determine to allocate for City hall, a reconfirmation of bond sales, knowledge of when the next bond sale will occur, and when the bonds for the determined amount will be sold. The committee then discussed possible future projects, the most significant being a possible piece at the Allen Animal Shelter, currently in renovation. Chair Bennett also mentioned the possibilities of signage along hike and bike [mils, and including art elements in park items. 5.
