A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the March 16, 1999, regular meeting.
The Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed, the minutes were approved

• 501.6 Status - Phil will give update at next meeting
• Spring Fest Update — Audrey told us that our job will be helping get the vendors in the right places
We will need nine (9) volmteers Three in the school to help with cafeteria and gym, three in front
parking lot and three in back lot We will be starting at 6:50 a.m and should be done by 9.00 a m
• Trash —Off Event Saturday, April 17,1999 — Went over the action items list and all completed except
items to be done day of event.
• Poster contest was great We had several turned it and had a nice amount to judge. Winners were
selected and top three will be receiving them saving bonds in the next few weeks.
• Compost Facility Fencing —Lonnie has upgraded the site it looks much better. Thanks to Lonnie.
• Allen Arts Festival — Will return to this item at next meeting
• Allen Chamber of Commerce Business Fair — Will term to this item at next meeting
