Chrisman called the Meeting to order at 7:01 p.m, on Monday, March 17, 2014, at the City
Council Chambers.

Receive Applications by Citizens Concerning Projects for 4B Sales Tax Proceeds
4) Approve Minutes of the February 17, 2014, Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Schulmeister and a second by Board Member
Baril, the Board voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes from the
February 17, 3014, meeting. The motion carried.
