With a quomm of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President
Chrisman called the Meeting to order at 8:19p in on Monday, May 20, 2015, at the Allen
Event Center, Jameson Lounge.
3) Approve Minutes of the April 20, 2015, Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and a second by Board Member
Jones, the Board voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes from the
May 19, 2015, meeting. The motion carried.
4) Discussion of Board Evaluation to Provide Feedback to the Council Nominating
Committee
