With a quorum of the Board members present, the Called Meeting of the Allen Convention and Visitor's
Bureau Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Doss at 8.10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, in
the Community Room located at the Municipal Court / Parks and Recreation Building, 301 Century Parkway,
Allen, Texas 75013
1. Approve Minutes of the August 27, 2014, Called Meeting.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board member Brooks and a second by Board Member Sedlacek, the
Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes of August 27, 2014,
Called Meeting The motion carried
Presentation of the 2014 CVB Marketing Results.
Ms Cromwell reviewed statistics and results of the 2014 CVB Marketing Plan
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Sedlacek and a second by Board Member Staples,
the Board voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Called Meeting of the Allen
Convention and Visitor's Bureau Advisory Board at 9 05 a in on Wednesday,
November 12, 2014 The motion carried.
