Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board Members present, 1st Vice-Chair Gillis called the meeting to order at
6:31 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen,
Texas,75013.
Workshop Agenda
1. Presentation of the proposed amendments to Allen Land Development Code Article III
"Building Regulations" relating to the adoption of the 2017 Edition of the National
Electrical Code, the 2018 Edition of the various International Codes published by the
International Code Congress,and related local amendments.
Members of the Board discussed the application of the amendments to existing structures and the
building inspections process.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
