Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board Members present, Chairman Autrey called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Chambers Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway.
Consent Aeenda
1. Approve minutes from the November 2, 2015, Board of Adjustment, Sign Control Board,
Building and Standards Commission Meeting.
Motion: Upon a Motion by 2nd Vice -Chair Barry and a second by Board Member
Clarkson, the Board voted 7 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
Consent Agenda.
The Motion Carried.

2. Board Training: Overview of the Development and Construction Processes Associated with the
Kone Project.
Mr. Bass and Mr. Kasson presented an overview of the Kone project.
Adioarnment
Motion: Upon a motion by 2"" Vice -Chair Barry and a second by I" Vice -Chair Angell
Smith, the Board voted 7 I FAVOR, and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the meeting at
El 7:03 p.m.
