ABSENT: Jimmy Gantt
The city council, Mayor and Mr. Hicks met with the Plano city
council at the Plano city ahll and discussed the requirements
to transmit sewage from the City of Allen to the Plano sewage
plant.
Allen city Attorney, Alex Orr was also present at this meeting.
