A SPECIAL meeting was called by the Mayor of Allen for the purpose
of seaking approval of the City of Allen' s Council on Signing a
Contract with the City of Plano for a Outfall Sewer Line extending
from Allen into the City of Plano as approved by our City engineer
Mr. Walter Hicks , with the firm of Wisenbaker, Fix & Association, also
our City Attorney, Mr. Alex Orr.
Motion:
Made by Ken Posey that the Mayor and City Secretary Sign
the agreement intered into by the City of Allen and the City of Plano,
with reference to the outfall line too the City of Plano' s Sewerage
treatement plant, as approved by the City Engineer's of both City's ,
and also approved by both City Attorneys .
This Motion was second by Dan Strong, with the following members
present;
