Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present:
With a quorum of the Committee members present, Chairman Kurbansade called the meeting to order at
1:02 p.m. in the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway.
ACTION ITEMS:
Agenda Item#1: Approve Minutes from Called Meeting held on December 3,2018.
Motion: Upon a motion by Dwight Burns and a second by Chris Flanigan, the
Committee voted 6 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the minutes from
the December 3,2018 meeting. The motion carried.
Action Item#2: Consider a request for modifications to the exterior elevations for the property at
403 W.Main Street,Allen,Texas.
Ms. Angel,Planner,presented the item to the Committee.
She noted that staff is in support of the item.
The Committee discussed signage and building materials.
Motion: Upon a motion by Dwight Burns and a second by Chris Flanigan, the Committee
voted 6 IN FAVOR, 0 OPPOSED to consider a request for modifications to the
exterior elevations for the property at 403 W.Main Street,Allen,Texas. The motion
carried.
