1) Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President Chrisman
called the Workshop to order at 6:07 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019, in the Council
Conference Room of Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas.
2) Discuss City of Allen Parks,Recreation & Open Space Master Plan
The Board provided MHS Planning&Design input on the long-range plan for Allen's parks and
recreation areas for the next 5 to 10 years.
3) Adjourn
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Alexander and a second by Board Member
Khan, the Board voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
The motion carried.
