With a quorum of the Allen City Council present, the Special Called Workshop of the Allen City Council was
called to order by Mayor Terrell at 9:05 a.m.on Saturday,February 1,2020,at the Delta by Marriott at Watters
Creek,777 Watters Creek Boulevard,Allen,Texas.

Mayor Terrell announced the Executive Session then recessed the Workshop Agenda at 5:15 p.m.
Executive Session.
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, the Allen City Council convened into Executive Session at
5:18 p.m. on Saturday,February 1,2020, in the Moonlight Room II at the Delta by Marriott at Watters Creek,
777 Watters Creek Boulevard,Allen,Texas, in order to discuss matters pertaining to:
Personnel Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code—
Annual Performance Review of the City Manager.
The Executive Session adjourned at 5:47 p.m.on Saturday,February 1,2020.
Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Resulting from Executive Session.
The Allen City Council reconvened into the Workshop Meeting at 5:48 p.m.on Saturday,February 1,2020.No
action was taken on items discussed during the Executive Session.
Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Brooks and a second by Councilmember Doherty,the
Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Workshop Meeting of the
Allen City Council at 5:48 p.m. on Saturday,February 1,2020. The motion carried.
These minutes approved on the 11th day of February 2020.
