AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. i�5 TO THE
CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS, BY THE CHANGING OF OR ADDITION
TO SECTION 2 - 4C OF ARTICLE II THEREOF; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING
FOR RE -ADOPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION I: That from and after the effective date of
this Ordinance, Section 2 - 4C of Article II of Ordinance
No. 125 also known as the "Subdivision Control Ordinance
of Allen, Texas," is hereby amended in the following
manner, to -wit:
"4C-1: Approval of final plat shall be void
unless construction on said subdivision is commenced
within 1 year from the date of approval, and the
subdivider shall be required to re -file a preliminary
and final plat as heretofore described with appropriate
up to date changes in water and sewer utilities and
street improvements, which changes shall be approved
as heretofore described.
4C-2: Approval of a final plat shall be void
unless and until necessary fiscal agreements have
been approved by the City. Within seven (7) days
of its approval, the final plat shall be recorded
in the maps and plats records of the County by the
City Secretary., The Plan Administrator shall cause
prints of the record plat to be provided for the affected
city offices as they may require. The final plat
shall not be returned or released. to the subdivider
until recorded as provided above."
SECTION II: Ordinance No. i�5 of the City of
Allen as so amended is hereby re -adopted by the City
Council of the City of Allen, Texas.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective
upon its passage and approval.
