AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 TO THE CITY
OF ALLEN, TEXAS, BY THE CHANGING OF SECTION SIX, RATES
FOR WATER AND SEWER TAPS; PRO VIDNG FOR READOPTION;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That from and after the effective date of
this Ordinance, Section Six of Ordinance 128 is hereby
amended by the substitution of the following provisions,
to -wit:
"SECTION SIX: The tapping fee applicable to users of
the City's water works and sanitary sewer system shall
be as follows:"
WATER
3/4 inch - $ 180.00
1 inch - $ 295.00
1 112 inch - $ 410.00
2 inch - $ 605.00
4 inch - $2,305.00
6 inch - $3,300.00
SEWER
4 inch - $ 125.00
6 inch - $ 140.00
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 128 of the City of Allen,
as so amended, is hereby readopted by the City Council of
the City of Allen, Texas.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
