AN",ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 48 TO THE CITY
OF ALLEN, TEXAS, BY THE CHANGING OF SECTION VIIIb
(REPAIRS) ; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR A VIOLATION
OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR READOPTION; PROVIDING
FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE CAPTION HEREOF; AND
PROVIDING FORIAN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION I: That from and after the effective date o -f
this Ordinance, Section VIIIb of Ordinance No. 48, fees
(Repairs) , is hereby amended in the following manner and
shall read as follows, to -wit:
SECTION VIIIb f The fees established for the

repairs, construction -and removal of structures is as
follows:
0 - $10000.00
REPAIRS
$5.00
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation who violates
any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be fined any
sun hot to exce5_e0d1$200.00 and each and eve-ry day that such
violation continues shall be construed to be a separate
offense; provided, however, that nothing contained herein
shall preclude the municipality from bringing suit for
injunction for the prevention of any threatened violation
or the removal of any structure in violation of this Ordinance.
- SECTION III: Ordinance No- 48 of the City of Allen,
as so amended is hereby readopted by the City Council of the
City of Allen.
SECTION IV: The caption of this Ordinance shall be
published one (1) time in a- weekly newspaper published in
the City of Allen, anddIshall be effective immediately upon
