ORDINANCE N 0 .
AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A PART OF THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 3 TO THE OLD DONATION OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
TPT WHEREAS, the owners of the property abutting
the alley running through Block 3 of the Old Donation
to the City of Allen and bounded by Lots 6, 7, 8, 99 10
and 15 thereof, have petitioned the City Council to
abandon the alley; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
alley has never been opened for public use and is not
now needed by the citizens of the City of Allen and that
it sho>>ld be abandoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ,ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION I: That the alley located in Block 3 of
the Old Donation to the City of _Allen bounded by Lots
69 79 89 99 10 and 15 be and the same is hereby closed
and abandoned for public use forever.
SECTION II: That this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
Cit of Allen, Texas, on this the day of
