ORDINANCE NO. 444-7-83
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY,
TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4, PARAGRAPH c, OF ORDINANCE NO.
368-10-81 OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
Section 4, paragraph c, of Ordinance No. 368-10-8'1, is hereby amended in the following
manner and shall read as follows, to -wit:
C. A Certificate of Occupancy for the single-family residential
zoning area located to the north must be issued on seventy-five percent
(75%) of the single-family dwellings in such area prior to the issuance of
any building permits in the Area 1 (Light Industrial). However, should the
single-family residential -zoned area located to the north of Area 1
develop into a large -lot subdivision totally platted to approximately thirty
(30) one -acre lots, then upon acceptance by the City of Allen of 100% of
the streets and utilities in said residential development, building permits
may be issued in Area 1 (Light Industrial).
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
from and after its adoption.
