1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Allen City Council present, the Special Called Workshop of the Allen City
Council was called to order by Mayor Fulk at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday,August 4,2022,in the Basement
Meeting Rooms of Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas.
2. Discuss the Downtown Revitalization Plan and Next Steps.
Mayor Fulk led a discussion with the Council regarding the Downtown Revitalization Plan and the
need for future amendments to the Allen Development Code.
3. Adjournment
Mayor Fulk adjourned the Special Called Workshop of.the Allen City Council at 7:58 p.m. on
Thursday,August 4,2022.
