ORDINANCE NO. 517 - 6 - 8 4
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS
AMENDING SECTION THREE OF ORDINANCE NO. 260, SECTION 4 OF
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NOS. 367-10-81, 369-10-81,
370-10-81, 371-10-81, 372-10-81, 373-10-81, SECTION 5 OF PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NOS. 368-10-81 AND 495-3-84, SECTION 6 OF
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NOS. 449-8-83, 457-9-83, 458-9-83,
465-10-83, 471-11-83, 472-11-83, 503-4-84, 504-4-84, 509-5-84, AND
SECTION 7 OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE NOS. 442-6-83,
459-9-83, 481-12-83, 501-4-84, 507-5-84, BY PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY
NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF $1,000.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE; PROVIDING
FOR READOPTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION OF THE CAPTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS.
SECTION 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
Section Three of Ordinance No. 260 is hereby amended in the following manner and
shall read as follows, to -wit:
SECTION THREE. That any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be subject to the
same penalty as provided for in Amended Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 366-10-81 of the City of Allen, Texas, and upon conviction
shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each offense.
SECTION 2. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
Section 4 of Ordinance Nos. 367-10-81, 369-10-81, 370-10-81, 371-10-81, 372-10-81,
and 373-10-81 are hereby amended in the following manner and shall read as follows,
to -wit:
SECTION 4. That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be subject to the same
penalty as provided for in Amended Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No.
366-10-81 of the City of Allen, Texas, and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each offense.
SECTION 3. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,

Section 5 of Ordinance Nos. 368-10-81 and 495-3-84 are hereby amended in the
following manner and shall read as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 5. That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be subject to the same
penalty as provided for in Amended Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No.
366-10-81 of the City of Allen, Texas, and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each offense.
SECTION 4. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
Section 6 of Ordinance Nos. 449-8-83, 457-9-83, 458-9-83, 465-10-83, 471-11-83,
472-11-83, 503-4-84, 504-4-84, and 509-5-84 are hereby amended in the following
manner and shall read as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 6. That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be subject to the same
penalty as provided for in Amended Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No.
366-10-81 of the City of Allen, Texas, and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each offense.
SECTION 5. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
Section 7 of Ordinance Nos. 442-6-83, 459-9-83, 481-12-83, 501-4-84, and 507-5-84
are hereby amended in the following manner and shall read as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 7. That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be subject to the same
penalty as provided for in Amended Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No.
366-10-81 of the City of Allen, Texas, and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) for each offense.
SECTION 6. That Ordinance Nos. 260, 367-10-81, 368-10-81, 369-10-81,
370-10-81, 371-10-81, 372-10-81, 373-10-81, 442-6-83, 449-8-83, 457-9-83,
458-9-83, 459-9-83, 465-10-83, 471-11-83, 472-11-83, 481-12-83, 501-4-84,
495-3-84, 503-4-84, 504-4-84, 507-5-84, and 509-5-84, as so amended, are hereby
readopted by the City Council of the City of Allen.
SECTION 7. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and
after its passage and publication in accordance with the provisions of the charter of the
Ordinance No. 517-6-84 - Page 2
City of Allen, and it is accordingly so ordained.
