AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY,
TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 663-12-859 AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That City of Allen Ordinance No. -663-12-85 is hereby repealed;
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately from and after its adoption.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, TEXAS, ON THE 3rd DAY OF July 1986.
