COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, CERTIFYING AND APPROVING THE
1991 APPRAISAL ROLL AS APPROVED BY THE COLLIN COUNTY
APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD.

I, Linda K. Engle, Tax Assessor -Collector for the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas,
do solemnly swear that to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the attached is a
true list of all that portion of property which constitutes the Appraisal Roll of the City
of Allen for the Taxable Year 1991 as approved by the Appraisal Review Board and
certified by the Chief Appraiser, Collin County Appraisal District. We recommend that
the 1991 Appraisal Roll be approved as presented, having an Appraised Value of
