Consent Agenda(Routine Board/Commission business: Consent Agenda is approved by a single majority vote. Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Commission member or member of staff.) 1. Approve minutes from the January 6,2020,Workshop Meeting. 2. Approve minutes from the January 6,2020,Regular Meeting. Motion: Upon a Motion by 2°d Vice-Chair Howard and a second by 1St Vice-Chair Gillis,the Board voted 7 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED,to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion carried. Regular Agenda Public Hearing—Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request for a variance from the garage setback which otherwise does not allow a subdivision pursuant to the Board's authority under Allen Land Development Code Sec. 2.02.2.2 for Lot 3, Block C, Saint Andrews Park Addition, and more commonly known as 408 Front Nine Drive, Allen, Texas; generally located at directly south of Front Nine Drive and approximately 109 ± feet east of Link Street. (BOA-061220-0001) [408 Front Nine Drive]. Ms.Angel,Planner II,presented the item to the Board. She noted that staff is in support of the item. With no one speaking,Chair Smith closed the public hearing. The Commission discussed: • Types of vehicles that can fit in the driveway; • The building permit review process; and • The requirements to approve a variance. Motion: Upon a Motion by 2°' Vice-Chair Howard and a second by Commissioner Kathuria, the Board voted 7 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED, to approve the Request for variance from the garage setback which otherwise does not allow a subdivision pursuant to the Board's authority under Allen Land Development Code Sec. 2.02.2.2 for Lot 3, Block C, Saint Andrews Park Addition,and more commonly known as 408 Front Nine Drive,Allen,Texas; generally located at directly south of Front Nine Drive and approximately 109±feet east of Link Street.
